Are your trading card booster boxes and packs factory sealed?
Yes, all our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official distributors. Every booster box and pack remains factory sealed to ensure the integrity of your pulls.
How do you protect cards during shipping?
We take collectibility seriously. Single cards are shipped in top-loaders and team bags, while larger items like Elite Trainer Boxes or booster boxes are bubble-wrapped and secured in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent corner damage.
What is your return policy on TCG products?
Due to market volatility, we do not accept returns on opened or tampered-with trading card products. Unopened, factory-sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for most major TCG releases. Pre-order items will ship on the official release date provided by the manufacturer. Please note that orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
